NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2015, entered in Case No. 15-CA-003146 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Greenpoint Mortgage Funding Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR8 is the Plaintiff and Patti F. Atkinson; Unknown Spouse of Patti F. Atkinson; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for GreenPoint Mortgage Funding, Inc.; Farmington Homeowner's Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration System, Inc, as Nominee for Greenpoint Mortgage Funding Inc; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Greenpoint Mortgage Funding, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 10th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 3, FARMINGTON, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
