YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, WESTPARK PRESERVE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 3, Block 26, WESTPARK PRESERVE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 110, Pages 300-317, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. With the following street address: 10306 Estero Bay Lane. Tampa, Florida, 33625.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Ste. A, Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before NOV 16 2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
