NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2015, entered in Case No. 15-CA-003927 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Christopher Hutchko; Sandra Hutchko; Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, National Association ; Summerfield Master Community Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 10th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 40, BLOCK 1, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE 1, TRACT 17, PHASE 1 & 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGE 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
