NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 013867 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff and MARIA FIGUEROA, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 13th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
That part of Lot 31A, REVISED MAP OF THE FLORIDA GARDENLANDS, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 43, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, being described as follows:
PARCEL B:
Begin at a point on the East boundary of said Lot 31A a distance of 439.92 feet North of the Southeast corner thereof; thence Westerly, a distance of 110 feet; thence Northerly a distance of 107 feet; thence Easterly a distance of 110 feet to the East boundary of said Lot 31A; thence Southerly a distance of 107 feet to the Point of Beginning, LESS any part thereof lying with right-of-way. Together with those certain mobile homes TBD.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
