NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-005502, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES OOMC 2006-HE5, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES OOMC 2006-HE5, is Plaintiff and DELORIES CHISHOLM; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 10th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26 IN BLOCK A OF OAK GROVE SUBDIVISION, UNIT # 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, INCLUDING ALL FURNITURE, FIXTURES AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
