NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-004892 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Rebecca Lynne Richter a/k/a Rebecca L. Richter a/k/a Becky L. Richter are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 11, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 150 FEET OF THE SOUTH 670 FEET OF THE EAST 336 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE WEST 1/4 OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE EASTERLY 25 FEET THEREOF, FOR COUNTY ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
