NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 7, 2014 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 8, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-000264-A001HC of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-14, Plaintiff, and ALFRED L. REEVES, YOLANDA A. REEVES A/K/A YOLANDA D. REEVES, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 4th day of December, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, OF HERCHEL HEIGHTS ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
