YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose lien has been filed against you and you are required to service a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on SEAN A. COSTIS, ESQUIRE, of ZACUR, GRAHAM & COSTIS, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney whose address is P.O. Box 14409, St. Petersburg, Florida 33733, on or before Nov. 16, 2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. Condominium Parcel: OASIS UNIT NO. 118, of the TOWN APARTMENTS, INC. NO. 17, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, Page(s) 10-11, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O R. Book 2888, Page 573, et. seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
