NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2015 and entered in Case No. 13-006892-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BC4, is Plaintiff and JOHN MEEKS A/K/A CLIFFORD J. MEEKS, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 3rd day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 120.5 FEET OF THE NORTH 35 FEET OF LOT 4 AND THE EAST 120.5 FEET OF THE SOUTH 25 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK 134, OF SECOND ADDITION TO PINELLAS PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 8 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Located: 7600 74th St N Pinellas Park, FL 33781
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
