NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 15, 2014 in Civil Case No. 09022848CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and HENRY TOMPKINS A/K/A HENRY J. TOMPKINS; ANNE TOMPKINS A/K/A ANNE G. TOMPKINS; CARDOVA GREENS THIRD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on November 2, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1901, CORDOVA GREENS THIRD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC., A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4105, PAGE 71, ET SEQ., AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 16, PAGES 37 THROUGH 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
