NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered October 5, 2015, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit G-2, TOWN APARTMENTS NO. 5, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the pat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, Pages 35 and 36, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2313, Page 568, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 10th day of November 10, 2015.
