NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 10, 2015 in Civil Case No. 10-004885-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM X TRUST is Plaintiff and PATRICIA BONILLA , MANUEL TURCIOS, REINA TURCIOSREINA A. TURCIOS, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOW TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA BONILLA, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN A DIVISION OF NATIONAL CITY BANK, AS TENANTS IN POSSESSION JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of November, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 4, Block 18 and ½ of vacated alley on the South, MILTON PARK, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 69, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
