NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 6, 2015 in Civil Case No. 09-004307-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is Plaintiff and HAROLD EVANS, HAROLD REGINALD EVANS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HAROLD EVANS, SUNTRUST BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT 1 NKA DAVID CAVANAUGH, UNKNOWN TENANT 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of November, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The east 25 feet of lot 3, and the west 40 feet of Lot 4, Torre`s Subdivision of Lot 5, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Deed Book “Q”, Page 311 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
