NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Emergency Motion to Cancel and Reschedule the September 21, 2015 Foreclosure Sale entered in Civil Case No. 14-003885-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and AMY CALHOUN, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pinellas County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on December 3, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO-WIT:
LOT(S) 12, BLOCK B OF SUMMIT PARK ADDITION AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 85, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
