NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 14-009428-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and BARBARA ALLAN AND LAWRENCE ALLAN, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pinellas County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on November 17, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, VIZ:
LOT 826, THE WOODS AT ANDERSON PARK - UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 107, PAGE 22, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN ADJOINING PARCEL OF LAND, SAID PARCEL BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 826, THENCE NORTH 01 DEGREES 42' 13” EAST, ALONG THE EAST LIMIT OF SAME 33.50 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 88 DEGREES 17' 47” EAST, 5.10 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 01 DEGREES 42' 13” WEST PARALLEL WITH THE EAST LIMIT OF SAID LOT, 33.50 FEET; THENCE NORTH 88 DEGREES 17' 47” WEST, 5.10 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
