CITY OF OLDSMAR, FLORIDA Request for Proposal RFP 16-01 Zip Line/Outdoor Adventure Concession
The City of Oldsmar is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to provide basic services which encompass the development, management, operation, and maintenance of a Zip Line/Outdoor Adventure Concession to be located on City property at Mobbly Bayou Wilderness Preserve North Support Area as shown on the attached aerial map. The concession would be “for profit” of which the selected proposer would charge the public a fee for the services provided, from which a portion of revenue would be returned to the City in the form of a prearranged payment.
Proposers with demonstrated expertise in this field are invited to submit a Proposal package. Questions regarding this RFP should be directed to Lynn Rives, Director of Leisure Services at [email protected]
The Proposal shall be submitted to the City of Oldsmar, to the attention of the Administrative Services Department, at City Hall, 100 State Street West, Oldsmar, FL 34677-3655 no later than 2:00PM, local time, on November 5, 2015.
The City of Oldsmar Leisure Services and Administrative Services staff will evaluate the proposals based on the criteria established in this RFP and rank the qualified firms in order of preference.
