NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5th, 2010 and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-017322 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Trustee for Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-10, is Plaintiff and YOUSSEF HARB, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 3rd day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 2, EASTLAKE OAKS PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 114, PAGES 32 THROUGH 37 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Located: 1625 GRAY BARK DR, OLDSMAR, FL 34677
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
