NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 7th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-009097 CI 7 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein M&T BANK is Plaintiff and FREDRICK A. LUDWIG A/K/A FREDERICK A. LUDWIG; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FREDRICK A. LUDWIG A/K/A FREDERICK A. LUDWIG; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JESSICA BAXLEY are the Defendants. The Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 5th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 21, Block 3, REPLAT OF BLOCKS 2, 3, 6 AND 7, FLORAL VILLA ESTATES, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 70, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 3120 10th Avenue N, St. Petersburg, FL 33710
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
