Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 6, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THE EAST 40 FEET OF LOT 9 AND THE WEST 20 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK H, BOULEVARD HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 54 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1416 SAN JUAN CT, CLEARWATER, FL 33756; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on November 19, 2015 at 10:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
