YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, CRYSTAL LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit O in Building 3389 of CRYSTAL LAKE CONDOMINIUM, according to Declaration of Condominium in Official Record Book 5862, Pages 737 through 770, and Fifth Amendment to Declaration in Official Record Book 5931, Page 1216, and re-recorded in Official Record Book 5932, Page 1796 and according to Condominium Plat Book 80, Page 5 through 7, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 3389 Crystal Court E. #O, Palm Harbor, Florida 34685.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Ste. A, Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 11-16-2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
