NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-007529-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and Esperanza Madero, et al.,, are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 9th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 102, HARBOR BLUFFS WATERFRONT CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Condominium plat book 21, pages 31 through 36, and as amended thereto, as recorded in O.R. Book 4289, page 539, and according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4285, page 426, et. seq., of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto as set forth in said Declaration.
Property Address: 500 N Osceola Ave Unit 102, Clearwater, Florida 33755
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
