NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 14-003505-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and, HEIDI ERIKA SWOPE A/K/A HEIDI E. CORTASSA, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF HEINZ U. LABRENTZ A/K/A HEINZ UBO LABRENTZ, et. al.,, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 6th day of November, 2015, the following described property:
LOT 21 OF HIGHLAND OAK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE(S) 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
