NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 17, 2015, entered in Case No. 11-011064-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Bank of America, N.A.; Rebecca M. Dawson n/k/a Rebecca Marie Willis; Douglas A. Dawson are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 16th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 150.0 FEET OF THE NORTH 170.0 FEET OF THE WEST 150.0 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
