NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 7, 2015 and a Second Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 6, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2012-CA-006454 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6, Plaintiff, and BRIAN K. ALLARD A/K/A BRIAN ALLARD, THE PINEBROOK ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., BENEFICIAL FLORIDA, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A JENNIFER RANDALL, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of February, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, BLOCK 1, OF PINEBROOK ESTATES PHASE 2, UNIT 1, SECTION 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, PAGES 25 THROUGH 28, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
