CITY OF OLDSMAR, FLORIDA Request for Qualifications RFQ 16-02 Professional Services for Planning and Design, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Engineering Services for Planning Projects
The City of Oldsmar, Florida, a political sub-division of the State of Florida, is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms interested in entering into a general planning and design contract with the City for various planning projects and study activities on an as-needed basis.

Firms with demonstrated expertise in this field are invited to submit a RFQ package. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) shall be submitted to City of Oldsmar, to the attention of the Administrative Services Department, at City Hall, 100 State Street West, Oldsmar, Florida 34677-3655 no later than 2:00 PM, local time, Thursday November 12, 2015.

The City of Oldsmar reserves the right to waive informalities in any proposal and to accept or reject any and all RFQ's in whole or in part without cause and to accept the RFQ that in the judgment of the City Council will be in the best interest of the City of Oldsmar.
