NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 10, 2015 in Civil Case No. 52-12-009549-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B. is the Plaintiff, and PEGGY CHRISTIAN; PARKWOOD APARTMENTS ASSOCIATION, INC.; PARKWOOD SQUARE APARTMENTS ASSOCIATION B, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on November 10, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LEASEHOLD INTEREST IN AND TO THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT NO. 207, PARKWOOD APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 18 AND 19, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4174, PAGES 12 THROUGH 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. UNDER AND BY VIRTUE OF THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM SUB-LEASE AGREEMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4186 AT PAGE 1047, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
