NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 18, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-007884-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiFinancial Servicing LLC is the Plaintiff and Lynn S. Terry; Unknown Spouse of Lynn S. Terry; CitiFinancial Servicing, LLC successor by merger to CitiFinancial Services, Inc. d/b/a CitiFinancial Equity Services, Inc.; The Townhomes of Lake Seminole Condominium No. 3 Association, Inc.; The Townhomes of Lake Seminole Property Owners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 6th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL UNIT NO. 25, BUILDING 5, THE TOWNHOMES OF LAKE SEMINOLE CONDOMINIUM NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 40, PAGE(S) 113 THROUGH 116, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5006, PAGE 929, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
