NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 01, 2015, and entered in 12-001188-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and NED MARTIN; RAFAEL ALLENDE; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAFAEL ALLENDE; VILLAS OF CARILLON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 03, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 41, VILLAS OF CARILLON, PHASE II AND III, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 131, PAGE 65 THRU 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
