NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 16, 2015, and entered in 13-010408-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and EARNELL SAMUEL, JR.; GARY ANTON; TROY D. TOTH; PATSY A. BISCIOTTI; RASA ANTON; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MICHAEL MONTGOMERY ; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A STACEY KRAUSE ; EMC MORTGAGE LLC F/K/A EMC MORTGAGE CORPORATION; P.A.B. SALES AND MARKETING STRATEGIES, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 04, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, ELIJAH B. PLUNKETS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, WAS FORMERLY A PART.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
