NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 15, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-005473 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-31, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-31, Plaintiff and RICHARD BARBA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; EL MAR TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND PINELLAS COUNTY CLERK OF COURT are defendant(s), Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on October 30, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
PARCEL C, EL MAR TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 117, PAGE 93-94, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, more commonly known as 18522 Gulf Boulevard Unit C, Indian Rocks Beach, FL 33785.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
