NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 27, 2015, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-020030-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Navy Federal Credit Union is the Plaintiff and Linda Rohrbaugh a/k/a Linda E. Rohrbaugh; H. Craig Rohrbaugh; Unknown Tenant I; Unknown Tenant II; Navy Federal Credit Union; Country Lake Homeowners' Association, Inc.; and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named Defendants are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 10th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, COUNTRY LAKE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 106 THROUGH 108, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDES OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
