NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed 15th day of September, 2015, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-015809 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and MICHELE M. BONNEWELL; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELE M. BELLAVIA A/K/A M. BELLAVIA; LIVINGSTON MANOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; are defendants. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 17th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 3, LIVINGSTON MANOR CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8427, PAGE 3518 AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
