NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Orange County, Florida, Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of Court, will sell all the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
Condominium Unit 1006, Building 11 Phase 1 OASIS COVE I AT LAKESIDE VILLAGE, a Condominium as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium and the exhibits annexed thereto and forming a part thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 9461, Page 27, et seq., and as it may be amended of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida. The above description includes, but is not limited to, all appurtenances to the condominium unit above described, including the undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.orange.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on November 17, 2015.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
