NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 14th, 2015, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.orange.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of November, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT B31 OF SAND LAKE VILLAGE (SECTION 1, PHASE 2) CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE LAND, COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON SURPLUS, AND SIMILAR PERCENTAGE INTEREST IN THE COMMON EXPENSES, OF THE CONDOMINIUM APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SAND LAKE VILLAGE (SECTION 1, PHASE 2), A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3482, PAGE 2762, AND AS SHOWN BY THE PLOT PLANS OF THE CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGE 137, ALL THE FOREGOING BEING OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
