CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT n/k/a Chris Bitter, are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Orange County, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on November 4 2015 at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. D-23 OF LAKESIDE AT DELANEY PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 7008, PAGE 1, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
