NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Directing Clerk to Distribute Forfeited Third Party Sale Deposit and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, dated October 5, 2015, and entered in Case No. 08-2011-CA-003816 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ROBERT L CLIM; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT L. CLIM N/K/A WHITNEY L. CLIM; SUMMIT REAL ESTATE PARTNERS LP; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00AM, on the 9th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
