NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 9, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA002475 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2005-FR2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-FR2, is Plaintiff and GREGORY WATERS, et al, are Defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 12th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 23, Block 4297, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 66, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 4A through 4G, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
