Crossan, Citibank, N.A. as Successor by merger to Citibank, FSB, Cynthia Lynn Crossan, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 19th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
