IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on November 16, 2015, at eleven o'clock, a.m. in the lobby, third floor, Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit Number 202, Building C-2, Lakewood Condominium, Unit 1, a condominium, and undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms and other provisions of the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Record Book 581, pages 633 through 717, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto.
