NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA - CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on November 16, 2015, at eleven o'clock, a.m. on the Third Floor Lobby Area of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit 168, Imperial Wilderness Condominium, Section One, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in O.R. Book 1116, Pages 1807 through 1859, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements and all other appurtenances to such unit as set forth in said Declaration. Subject to all of the terms, provisions, conditions, rights, privileges, obligations, easements and liens set forth and contained in said Declaration of Condominium, its exhibits, supplements and amendments thereto, and all instruments referred to therein.
