NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 16, 2015, and entered in Case No. 1200098CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and JAMES M. HARRIS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00am the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
