NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 28, 2015, and entered in 11-2015-CA-000757-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein RESIDENTIAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS, INC is the Plaintiff and CHESTER H. GASAWAY; MARY JANE GASAWAY; ORCHID COVE AT PORT OF THE ISLANDS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on November 16, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 24-202, ORCHID COVE, PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM , ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4164, PAGE 1050 ET SEQ., AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN ALL COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
