Unknown Spouse of Sarah Defrancis; Unknown Spouse Tracy Johnson, a/k/a Tracy Pam Defrancis; Island Walk Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Parties in Possession #1, if living, and all Unknown Parties claiming by, through, under and against the above named Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said Unknown Parties may claim an interest as Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Unknown Parties in Possession #2, if living, and all Unknown Parties claiming by, through, under and against the above named Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said Unknown Parties may claim an interest as Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 3RD floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, on November 9, 2015 at 11:00 a.m., the following described Property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure free and clear of all claims of the Defendants:
