NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 31, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2014-CA-000961-0001 -XX in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLSFARGO BANK, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF IMH ASSETS CORP., COLLATERALIZED ASSET-BACKED BONDS, SERIES 2004-11 was the Plaintiff and EDELYS ARANDA, ET AL., the Defendant(s), that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the 3rd floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112
on the 9 day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE NORTH 105 FEET OF TRACT 55, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 48, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 78 AND 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
