Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause in the County Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Unit 303, Building I, Chateau Vanderbilt, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 1479, Pages 656-722, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Collier County Courthouse, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on November 9th, 2015.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
