NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-052230 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor by merger to Wachovia Bank of Delaware, National Association, Plaintiff and Steven J. Casamento a/k/a Steve Casamento are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on February 12, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, THE VILLAS TWO AT BROOKSHIRE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, AT PAGE 75-77, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
