RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale filed October 6, 2015 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-055166 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-FRE1, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff, and NEALEY M. CRUMBLEY, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lots 9 and 10, Block 40, Unit 3, Fort Myers Shores, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Pages 26 to 28, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
