YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court, County of Sarasota, State of Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
Lot 2, Block D, CLARK MEADOWS, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 111, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.;
Commonly known as 3725 St Charles Circle, Sarasota, FL 34233
You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D. Padgett, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 6267 Old Water Oak Road, Suite 203, Tallahassee, Florida 32312, by November 23, 2015, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
