NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 29, 2015 and the Order on our motion to reschedule the sale entered on October 14, 2015, in Case No. 2014-CC-006053-NC of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein LONGWOOD RUN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and ISTVAN A. ZSIGMOND; ILONA K. ZSIGMOND; TAMAS ZSIGMOND are Defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash viat the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 9:00 a.m. on the 19th day of November, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

address of which is: 5791 Beaurivage Ave Sarasota, FL, 34237.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
