NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 22, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 2011 CA 009652 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and VICTORIA B. KING, ROBERT E. KING, MICKEY L. STURDEVANT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICKEY L. STURDEVANT, ORANGETREE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH NATIONAL CITY BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1N/K/A TIM KING, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 19th day of November, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 4, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF ORANGETREE II, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1376, PAGES 127 THROUGH 170, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 28, AND AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
